Refund policy
General:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and original packaging if possible. You’ll also need to email me your order number.
To start a return, you can contact us at pugcorecreations@gmail.com.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or the wrong item. I'll need photographic evidence. Once verified, I will make it right by either replacing or refunding the product by customer's choice.
If your item has been lost in the mail or fails to arrive due to problems with USPS or your post office, please contact your post office or USPS first! If the issue cannot be resolved, I will offer a refund or replacement.
I am not responsible if your order does not arrive due to mistakes on your part (example: inputting the wrong address at checkout).
If your package bounces and is returned to me due to a mistake on your end, a fee will be charged to resend it. If you do not agree to pay the fee, your order will be refunded for the cost of the item. You will not be refunded for the original shipping cost.
If your package bounces and is returned to me due to a mistake on my end or because of USPS, I will resend it for free.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom/commissioned products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds on physical items may be accepted in certain extreme circumstances, such as:
- Your item was lost in the mail
- You received the wrong item
- Your item was damaged upon arrival
- Your order is missing an item
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since I’ve approved your return, please contact me at pugcorecreations@gmail.com.
Order cancellations are not accepted after your physical order has shipped. If you request a cancellation before your order has shipped, the order may be cancelled, and you will receive a refund.
